Dance

A time to explore our bodies and how we move in a number of different forms and styles. From simple and fun movements, to fun choreography, to learning new and exciting forms of dance – while having a laugh and building our circle of friends and colleagues.


Bring a towel and drink. Let the instructor know if you have any medical conditions. No entry after warm up begins. Please arrive 5 minutes before class begins.
