Functional Stretch

A series of exercises and movements to bring awareness to how we stretch, what we stretch and why – taking the time to stretch and understanding the benefits of stretching. In bringing balance to our bodies and minds, we begin to move and play in more easeful and efficient ways.


Bring a towel and drink. Let the instructor know if you have any medical conditions. No entry after warm up begins. Please arrive 5 minutes before class begins.
