Yoga is a spiritual and ascetic discipline coming from the Asian sub continent and developed over many centuries. Today, yoga co-ordinates a number features including breath control or pranayama, simple meditation, and the adoption of specific bodily postures. Part of yogic practise also includes ethics and values which influence our lives, assisting us to increased self direction and equanimity. Yoga is widely practised for health and relaxation and is accessible to everybody.
Bring a towel and drink. Let the instructor know if you have any medical conditions. No entry after warm up begins. Please arrive 5 minutes before class begins.
