FAQs

All your frequently asked questions answered right here.

I’m pregnant or have an injury – do I need to do anything special?
Please let the instructor know at the beginning of class, so they can plan options for your comfortable involvement.

Do I need to bring a mat?
Yes, please bring your own mat. Soon we will have some for sale at our studio.

Do I need to wear shoes and socks?
The instructor will advise you. Generally for yoga and pilates, we suggest bare feet as it helps you ground your practice. If you have a condition that requires you to wear shoes, please let the instructor know so they can plan options for your comfortable involvement.

Should I bring a towel and water bottle?
Yes, please bring both. A towel is great to keep your hands and wrists dry, and water will keep you hydrated.

What temperature will we be working in?
We will work at room temperature, which is approximately 23 degrees Celcius. We do not provide hot or Bikram yoga.

Do you offer chair yoga or access movement classes?
Yes, we welcome those who work from a seated position. Whether you’re a seat warrior or not, come and try it out.

Is there an access lift?
Yes, there is! Enter as usual via Reception and catch the lift to the third floor.

Do I need to bring anything for dance?
Bring a sense of fun and adventure, and a willingness to explore and learn.

Do you offer any workshops or events?
